Our Opening Hours:
We aim to reply to all emails within 24 working hours, in almost cases we will respond to emails outside of our working hours including at weekends, however telephone queries can only be taken at the times mentioned above.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail or Hermes. A free gift wrapping service is also available and you can select this on the "Shopping Bag" page.
For all deliveries, you will be required to sign for your parcel when taking delivery, we always ensure we have a proof of delivery, and will pass you all tracking numbers where applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order right up until the moment we confirm it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately by telephone and/or email if you want to cancel your order and we will arrange this with you.
Is ordering secure?
Absolutely! Our website uses PayPal to process your payments and neither us or PayPal will store your payment details (unless you have a PayPal account, in which case your details are stored securely by PayPal).
Our server also uses an encrypted connection to transmit your order details. We store your details in an encrypted environment on our server at all times.
I have a problem with an Item I've purchased from you, what do I do?
Please contact us by using the details above, and we'll arrange a suitable resolution with you.
An item is Out of Stock, when will it be back?
We usually state on our Product page when an Out of Stock item will be available. Some items that we sell are a "one of a kind" item, and so it is unlikely we will have more stock of these items.
However, please get in touch if this information is not provided and we will give you an update!
Do you stock Clogau Gold?
We stock a selection of Clogau Gold items in store, but we are able to get any item of Clogau ordered to store next day for you to purchase, so please call in and see us!
