We understand that in some cases an item may not have been exactly what you needed, it may have been faulty, or not as described, therefore our Returns policy is incredibly flexible!
Unwanted and Unused/Unworn Items
You can inform us you wish to return unwanted items as long as they are unopened in a new and unused and sealed condition within 14 days of you receiving the delivery of your order. You have a further 14 days to then return the item back to us. As soon as we recieve the returned item we will process a refund to your original payment method. We will refund you the cost of the item (VAT inclusive) and your original delivery charge*. You will be required to pay postage to return the item to us which will not be refunded.
*If you chose our Next Day Delivery charge, you will receive a refund for our standard 3-5 working day rate only.

Unwanted Worn Items
If you've tried on an item and it isn't suitable or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us for a refund, as per the above information, however, we may issue only a part refund if we feel the value of the item will now be reduced if the tags have been removed or if it is evident the item has been worn more than it is necessary to ensure its suitability.
Please note that earrings are not accepted for refund unless they are faulty, this is due to hygeine reasons.
Wrong Size Ordered?
If you have ordered an item that we sell in different sizes and it doesn't fit, we should be able to send you out a replacement in a different size, or a refund as per the information above.
Please get in touch either by phone or email if an item does not fit, and we will be happy to help!
If your order has been received and it is damaged or is faulty, please contact us as soon as accepting delivery to arrange for your faulty item to be replaced or a refund provided.
In all cases of returns, please contact us to arrange this!
